We are developing a rich and powerful record of natural change for and from within Hull and East Yorkshire communities, through the sharing of memories, stories, observations and creative work. This online archive will serve as an educational resource for learning centres, and the coming generations that will inherit our often uncollected but crucial understandings.

Follow the link below to share your thoughts, memories and observations of ecological change over time in this part of the world. These could be related to biodiversity, agriculture, coastal change, living rural and urban spaces, or deeper time.

  • Join Matt Fratson and The Aimless Archive at Hull Central Library for a series of discussion groups exploring the Virtual Ecologies Reading Material collection and for an opportunity to both sift and position some of those texts alongside fragments, notes and outcomes emerging from the wider Virtual Ecologies project.

Please note - you may visit and lend books from the collection during library opening hours without booking in advance. Use the link below to book a place on our SIFT discussion groups!
